Living & Working without Stress:
A workshop for men & women interested in learning "The Work" of Byron Katie for clearer communication, greater effectiveness, fluid relationship skills and stress-free thinking.
The Work is a simple and powerful process of identifying, exploring and questioning the thoughts that are not serving you and causing stress. In its most simple form, The Work consists of four questions and the "turnarounds" or the ways in which Byron Katie models the processing of these questions.
The workshop will be led by Pete Sibley, who has been practicing The Work 10 years. He has completed the 9-day "School for The Work " with Byron Katie and Pete has led numerous group and workshop sessions of this practice. He is currently enrolled in the certification process for The Work with Byron Katie International.
The Primary Workshop will be held:
Saturday, Sep 9, from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Light snacks will be provided.)
An Optional Follow-On Class for All Participants will be held:
Tuesday, Sep 12, from 7:00 - 9:00 pm (The Tues session is included in the registration fee.)
The workshop will be held at the Breakthrough Center, 1069 Broadway in Seaside.
